The Portfolio

Featured Works

Original abstract paintings, each one painted by hand in Leta's Cochrane studio. Her work is large textured wall art: plaster built up with a palette knife, earth tones and bold colour, and select pieces finished with copper or gold leaf. You will find wabi-sabi calm here, Japandi simplicity, and statement pieces made to anchor a living room.

This portfolio is the record of the work. If a piece speaks to you, please reach out. Availability, similar commissions, and quotes are all handled personally by Leta.

Commissions

Sold works remain available for inspiration, and similar originals can be commissioned. If a painting in this portfolio has already found its home, Leta can paint a new original in the same spirit, sized and coloured for your space.

See It on Your Wall First

Choosing artwork online can be difficult. Send a well-lit photo of your wall and Leta will prepare a free in-room mock-up, placing the piece in your space at true scale so you can see the colour and size before you decide.

Painting Prodigies

Kids' art classes in Cochrane, Alberta, taught by Leta at the Spaces Of Arcadia studio. Painting Prodigies brings children into a real working art studio, where they learn with real materials and techniques: plaster, palette knives, and natural pigments made from things like beet juice and turmeric. Sessions are small and hands-on, and every child leaves with work they are proud of.
